Challenging Times 
I am so proud of my fellow ‘PARKIE’ Alison, someone I have come to know as a friend. Your athletic tenacity in undertaking such an arduous journey is inspirational. But we both well understand the other parkinsons challenge; the one to do with self respect and personal regard. I know that this also important to you. Well done Alison. Take care of yourself.
