Section 3: Lolo to Cody 6th to 16th June

Amazing and/but extra busy.

There are 8 of us for this section of the trip – Julia and Paula from the UK and Marianne and Steve from Boston. Great and/but extra busy.

We don’t always stay in exactly the same accommodation. Fine and/but extra busy

There are more people to cook for. Fine and/but extra busy

We pass through Yellowstone National Park. Amazing and/but extra busy

There are more things to see and do. Great and/but extra busy

Poor internet in Yellowstone. Difficult and/but extra busy with a bigger group. 

Needing to go down a dam service road rather than through a tunnel. Also the Dam museum to see. Really interesting and a great run down the steep road – and/but extra busy.

Accommodation issues – wrong booking. Sorted and/but extra busy.

Rodeo to see. Great fun and/but extra busy.

Bike servicing, transport issues, flight delays. All sorted and/ but extra busy.

A generally very enjoyable section of our route with lots of laughs.
