We are excited to follow the posts and blogs of our friends who are cycling through Portugal this week. We would all love to be there with them. They have been training hard, many of them are living with Parkinson’s too and all of them will embrace the challenge ahead of them. Like us, we know that they will each gain more than just fitness as they rekindle friendships from Norway last year and Barcelona the year before, make new friends, have fun and share with others who understand the challenges of living with Parkinson’s.
Also, I was delighted to receive this message and photograph from two very wonderful friends, Sharon and Sharon both of whom live with Parkinson’s.
What a joy to receive and Sharon, you absolutely rock the look!

Every time we go for a ride on our (electric) bikes and the going is a getting a bit tough or the scenery repetitive we think about your mammoth ride and determination and then get on with our ride! We’re absolutely full of admiration for you all 🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️
