Day 0
With the woes of yesterday firmly behind us, we awoke to glorious sunshine, a light, warm, breeze and plenty of enthusiasm to reassemble our bikes. This is easily done and we take them on a short test run and then make the late morning ferry to Løtofen and on to Sørvågen.
There was no serious cycling today. A few short kilometres between the hotel, the ferry terminal and to our next hotel. The afternoon passed at a leisurely pace for those who opted for the cafe and at a significantly more energetic pace for those who opted for the mountain hike.
From what we have seen so far, Norway is stunningly beautiful and of course, at this time of year, it never gets dark.
We are briefed before dinner and plans for tomorrow, our first serious day of riding, are finalised as we prepare for an early start.
