Today felt too hot, too hilly, too far, took too long, too late back to the hotel. I was too wobbly and too tired to go any faster.
BUT it was also through gorgeous countryside, bathed in glorious sunshine, with a fantastic support team. Thank you Julie, Sheena, Geoff for all your help in making today possible.
This evening we were briefly joined by Julian, Dave and Kathy who we will next see in Brighton as we begin our adventure together and Julia who will cycle with us from tomorrow until we reach Barcelona.
Tomorrow is a new day with an early start.
