Our last outdoor training ride was last weekend and we had the perfect weather for it, a beautiful route, lovely company and possibly one of the best cake and coffee stops ever! Not really hard work at all…..except for the hills of which there were quite a few.

I’m reminded of the phrase that used to be reserved for games of hide and seek as a child but which seem to fit the bill here perfectly.
